Initiate Your Request
Log in to your CACTi account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your PC or component in its original anti-static packaging and heavy-duty shipping box to prevent hardware damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid RMA shipping label and attach it securely to the exterior of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
